InnoLogiciel Inc. ("we", "our", "us") operates the innologiciel.com showcase website, which presents our custom programming services, websites, cloud hosting and our InnoBooks and SOS Bouffe products. This policy describes, in plain language, how we handle personal information collected on this site, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Contact Form

When you write to us through the Contact page, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the chosen subject and your message. You provide this information voluntarily.

3.2 Server Logs

Like any website, our host automatically records technical logs: IP address, pages visited, date and time, browser type. These logs are used for site security and diagnostics, then recycled according to the host's rotation cycle.

3.3 No Trackers

This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only essential cookies are set: your language preference and your consent choice. You can review them through the "Manage cookies" panel at the bottom of every page. If we ever add analytics tools, they will require your prior consent and this policy will be updated.

4. How We Use It

  • Respond to your message and follow up on your request
  • Discuss a project or quote you initiated
  • Keep the site secure and running properly

We do not use your information for any other purpose and we send no unsolicited promotional email.

5. Sharing and Hosting

We never sell or rent your personal information. It is only accessible to the InnoLogiciel people handling your request. The site and its database are hosted in Canada (Web Hosting Canada). The site is protected by Cloudflare: requests transit through its network, which may involve processing of your IP address outside Quebec.

6. Retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept as long as necessary to handle your request and any business follow-up arising from it. You may request their deletion at any time (see your rights below).

7. Your Rights

Under Law 25, you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Be notified of any privacy incident concerning you

Write to the officer identified in section 2; we will respond within 30 days.

8. Our Products

This policy covers the innologiciel.com website only. Our products InnoBooks and SOS Bouffe have their own privacy policies, published on their respective sites.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. The current, dated version is always published on this page.

10. Complaints

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.
